Introduction
1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to employment because of reprisal or threat of reprisal contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"). The Application has not been delivered to the respondents.
2On September 25, 2015 the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss the Application ("NOID") on the basis that the reprisal the applicant alleged did not appear to be the result of her claiming or enforcing her rights under the Code, nor due to her refusing to infringe the Code rights of another person. The applicant was directed to respond to the issues raised in the NOID by no later than October 26, 2015. The NOID stated that if she failed to respond, she may be considered to have abandoned her Application and it might be dismissed for that reason.
3It is now more than a month past the deadline for complying with the Tribunal's direction, and the applicant has not responded to the NOID, nor has she otherwise communicated with the Tribunal.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and the Application is dismissed.
