1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of race, family status and reprisal.

2In an earlier Interim Decision in this matter, 2014 HRTO 1819, dated December 22, 2014, the Tribunal directed the applicant to advise the Tribunal, within 30 days of the date of that Interim Decision, if he wishes to continue this Application in light of the stay of proceedings imposed by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36 ("CCAA"). The Tribunal directed the applicant to make certain other submissions regarding the stay and his ability to proceed with this Application in light of the stay, assuming he wishes to proceed. Finally, the Tribunal advised the applicant that the Tribunal may dismiss this Application as abandoned if he does not communicate with the Tribunal within 30 days of the date of that Interim Decision.

3As of the date of this Decision the applicant has not communicated with the Tribunal and it appears he has abandoned the Application.

4The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
