1On July 28, 2015, the applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings to amend her Application. Specifically, she requested that an incorrect date be changed to the correct date. The respondent did not file a Response to the Request, and the time for doing so has now passed. Therefore, the Tribunal grants the applicant’s Request to amend her Application.

2On July 29, 2015, the respondent filed a Request for Summary Hearing. On August 17, 2015, the applicant filed a Response which opposed the Request. The respondent’s Request is denied. Pursuant to Rule 19A.5 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, the Tribunal need not give reasons for a decision to hold or not to hold a summary hearing following a party’s request.

3The Tribunal therefore makes the following orders:

1. The applicant’s Request to amend her Application is granted.
2. The respondent’s Request for Summary Hearing is denied.
