1This is an Application under the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.
2On September 18, 2015 the respondent filed a Request for Summary Hearing. The applicant did not file a Form 11, Response to the Request for Summary Hearing.
3On October 9, 2015, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”), which directed the applicant to File a Form 11 Response to the Request for Summary hearing within 14 days. In the CAD, the Tribunal warned the applicant that if she did not comply with its direction the Application could be dismissed as abandoned.
4The applicant has not complied with the direction in the CAD and the time for doing so has passed.
5In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed.
