1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to services because of race, place of origin and citizenship contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").

2At the hearing of the Application on October 23, 2015, the applicant stated that he wished "to grant the respondent's request, made in its Response", that the Application be dismissed.

3I dismissed the Application on consent accordingly.
