1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, on January 26, 2015.
2On September 21, 2015, the Tribunal sent an email with attached letter from the Registrar to the applicant requesting that she provide dates to reschedule a previously scheduled Summary Hearing. The applicant was informed that if she did not advise the HRTO of her intentions by September 23, 2015, the Application could be dismissed as abandoned. The applicant did not respond to this request.
3On October 1, 2015, further correspondence was sent to the applicant by regular mail, enclosing copies of the previous email correspondence and once again requesting that the applicant confirm her intentions. This letter indicated that if the applicant did not confirm her intentions by October 7, 2015, the Application might be dismissed as abandoned.
4To date, the applicant has not responded to any of the Tribunal’s correspondence.
5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
6The Application is dismissed.
