Introduction

1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to services because of disability contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").

2The Application relates to allegations that the respondents failed to provide the applicant with certain accommodation for her disability when she wrote a math exam. The Application was filed on May 22, 2014 and indicates that the date of the last alleged incident of discrimination was on March 1, 2014.

3This Interim Decision addresses the applicant's Request for an Order During Proceedings (RFOP), in which she seeks disclosure of a video from an alleged incident of bullying at the school on May 5, 2015.

4The respondent opposes the RFOP and submits, among other things, that the subject matter of the video is not relevant to the issues raised in this Application.

5There has been no request to amend this Application and I am not persuaded that the May 5, 2015 video, described in the applicant's RFOP, is relevant to the issues raised in this Application. Accordingly, the applicant's request is denied.

ORDER

6The applicant's Request for production of the May 5, 2015 video is denied.

7The parties are reminded of the availability of mediation/adjudication.
