1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on March 4, 2015.
2On June 23, 2015, the Tribunal’s Registrar sent the applicant an email which requested that, by no later than June 30, 2015, he provide his availability for a rescheduled mediation. The email was sent to the email address for delivery that the applicant specified in his Application. The applicant did not respond to the email.
3On August 7, 2015, the Registrar sent the applicant a letter by email and regular mail, which noted that he had not responded to the June 23, 2015 letter, requested that he confirm what his intentions were with respect to the Application, and warned him that if he did not respond by August 17, 2015, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned. The letter was sent to the email address and regular mailing address for delivery that the applicant specified in his Application. The applicant did not respond to this letter.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application, and the Application is dismissed.
