748485 Ontario Ltd. o/a Aren’t We Naughty, Respondent
No submissions
1This Interim Decision addresses the applicant’s March 24, 2015 Request for Order During Proceedings (“RFOP”), in which she seeks to amend the remedy sought and seeks production of certain documents from the respondent.
2The respondent has not replied to the RFOP and the time for doing so has now passed.
3The applicant seeks to amend the remedy she seeks by increasing the amount of “general damages” sought from $10,000.00 to $15,000.00. She also seeks to add a claim for lost wages in the amount of $13,662. The applicant’s counsel submits that the amendment is reasonably connected to her original allegations and is reasonable.
4The applicant also seeks disclosure of documents enumerated at A through H in the RFOP. They are documents related to her file, documentation related to a customer complaint, company policy regarding investigating complaints and discrimination, documentation regarding a final warning and discipline imposed on a former co-worker of the applicant’s at the respondent, and a record of training sessions concerning human rights for staff and managers from 2013 to present. The RFOP lists the documents in greater specificity which includes names. At this time and for the purposes of this Interim Decision, the specific documents sought, including names are not reproduced in this Interim Decision but are henceforth referred to as documents A through H.
5The documents A through H are arguably relevant to the issues raised in this Application.
