1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended.
2On September 18, 2015, the Tribunal sent an email to the parties requesting that they provide their available dates to reschedule the Summary Hearing. The applicant did not respond to this email.
3The Tribunal sent an email to the applicant on September 28, 2015, asking that the applicant confirm her intentions with respect to the application and to provide her available dates. The applicant was informed that if she did not advise the HRTO of her intentions to proceed with the Application that it could be dismissed as abandoned.
4The applicant has not responded to any of the Tribunal’s correspondence.
5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
6The Application is dismissed.
