1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to employment contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2In a Case Assessment Direction dated March 25, 2015, the applicant was directed to advise if he intended to take steps to file a court ordered stay or suspension of any legal proceedings against the respondent. The applicant was asked to respond within 60 days and advised that if he did not, the Application might be dismissed as abandoned. The applicant has not communicated with the Tribunal since the March 35, 2015 Case Assessment Direction was issued.

3The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
