1In Interim Decision 2014 HRTO 788, the Tribunal ordered the deferral of the Application pending the conclusion of the proceeding before the Workplace and Safety Insurance Tribunal (“WSIAT”).
2The applicant seeks to reactivate this matter because the hearing dates before WSIAT are being rescheduled. The respondent opposes the Request to reactivate.
3Having considered this issue I am of the view that the proceeding before WSIAT has not concluded and that it is not appropriate to reactivate this matter.
4The Application shall continue to be deferred pending the conclusion of the proceeding before WSIAT.
