1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to employment because of disability contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). This matter is scheduled for a hearing on the merits on March 15, 2015, in Ottawa.
2On July 17, 2015, the applicant filed a Request to amend the Application.
3On August 19, 2015, the respondent filed a Form 11 response in which it consents to the applicant’s request to amend. In this document, it advises that it also intends to file its own Request to amend its Response. As of this date, the Tribunal has not received any Request to amend the Response.
Order
4The Tribunal orders:
a. The applicant’s request to amend the Application is granted; and
b. If the respondent intends to amend its Response, then it must file a Request to amend (which should include as a schedule, a proposed amended Response) within 30 days of the date of this Interim Decision.

CORRECTION
