1A hearing in respect of this Application is scheduled for September 30, 2015 in London.

2An August 26, 2015, Case Assessment Direction alerted the applicant to the fact that she had failed to comply with Rule 16.1 of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario’s Rules of Procedure regarding pre-hearing disclosure of documents and witnesses because she had failed to provide a copy of the documents she intended to rely on at the hearing, a list of her witnesses and her witness statements to the respondents and the Tribunal by no later than August 17, 2014. The Case Assessment Direction directed the applicant to deliver these to the respondents and file them with the Tribunal by no later than September 9, 2015.

3The Case Assessment Direction also advised the applicant that if she did not contact the Tribunal at all by September 9, 2015, her Application may be dismissed as abandoned.

4The applicant did not contact the Tribunal and failed to provide any documents, witness lists or witness statements by September 9, 2015.

5In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application.

ORDER

6The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
