1On December 12, 2014, the applicant filed an Application with the Tribunal under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.

2On June 4, 2015, the respondent filed a Response, which requested an early dismissal of the Application on the basis that the applicant signed a full and final Release with respect to the same matter. A copy of the signed Release was attached to the Response.

3On June 30, 2015, the Tribunal sent the applicant a Delivery of Response and Notice of Request to Dismiss, which enclosed the Response, directed him to file written submissions by no later than July 13, 2015 in response to the request for an early dismissal of his Application, and warned him that a failure to file written submissions may result in his Application being dismissed as abandoned.

4The applicant has not filed written submissions, and the time for doing so has now passed.

5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

6The Application is dismissed.
