1On April 15, 2013 the Tribunal issued Interim Decision 2013 HRTO 618 which deferred the Application.
2On June 18, 2015 the applicant filed a Request to reactivate the Application, and attached a final decision of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal issued on June 2, 2015. The respondent has not responded to the Request to reactivate and the time for doing so has now passed.
3Having reviewed this matter I find that the other proceeding has concluded and the Request to reactivate the Application is timely. The Application will be reactivated by the Tribunal will continue to process it. The respondent will be directed to file a Response.
Order
4The Tribunal orders:
a. The Application will be reactivated; and
b. The respondent is directed to file a Response within 35 days of the date of this Interim Decision.
5I am not seized.
