1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of disability.
2This Application was deferred in 2013 HRTO 1693 pending the completion of a WSIA proceeding. The applicant has filed a Request for Order During Proceeding (Form 10)seeking to reactivate this Application. The applicant states that the WSIA proceeding has concluded and she does not intend to file an objection or appeal.
3The responded did not respond to the Request and the time for doing so has passed.
4The Application is re-activated without objection on the basis of the applicant's submissions. The effect, if any, of the WSIB's decision may be addressed at the appropriate time.
5The Registrar will schedule a two day hearing for this case.
6I am not seized of this case.
