1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on April 1, 2014.
2On May 26, 2014 the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss the Application (“NOID”) because it appeared that the applicant may be outside of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction to decide due to delay. The applicant did not respond to the NOID and the time for doing so passed.
3In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
4The Application is dismissed.
