1The applicant has filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings asking to amend her Application to reflect agreement amongst the parties of the proper subject matter of the dispute between them. A revised Application is attached to the Request dated May 27, 2014.
2The Application originally filed by the applicant contained issues that were part of two previous Applications, both of which have been resolved. The respondent Kingston Access Services filed a Response to the Request indicating that it was consenting to the amendment. The remaining respondent has not filed a Response and the time for doing so has now passed.
3Having reviewed the proposed amended Application, and in view of the circumstances surrounding the initial filing of this Application and the apparent agreement of the parties, the applicant’s request is granted.
