1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on February 8, 2013.

2On April 4, 2014 the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”) directing the applicant to provide a Response to the respondents’ Request for Summary Hearing, filed January 21, 2014, as the applicant had not responded to the Request and the time for doing so had passed.

3In the CAD, the applicant was directed to file a Response to the summary hearing Request within seven days of the date of the CAD. The applicant was warned that if she failed to file a Response as directed, within seven days of the date of the CAD, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.

4The applicant has not provided a Response as directed in the CAD, nor has she otherwise communicated with the Tribunal, and the time for doing so has now passed.

5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

6The Application is dismissed.
