1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on January 15, 2014.
2On February 28, 2014, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss the Application (“NOID”) because it appeared that it may be outside of the jurisdiction of the Tribunal to decide. The applicant was directed to respond to the NOID by March 31, 2014, and was advised that if she did not do so, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
3The applicant did not respond to the NOID and the time for doing so has passed.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed.
