2On April 22, 2014, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction. It directed the applicant to provide information about the Application and to confirm his contact information. The Case Assessment Direction stated that if the applicant had not provided this information to the Tribunal by May 2, 2014, the Application could be dismissed as abandoned.

3The applicant has not contacted the Tribunal since September 2013. He has not responded to the Case Assessment Direction. In these circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application and it is dismissed on that basis.
