2On January 15, 2014, the above-noted parties filed a Form 25, in which they jointly request that the Tribunal issue a Consent Order under 45.9(2) of the Code.

3Pursuant to s. 45.9(2) and on the joint request of the above-noted parties, the Tribunal makes the following Final Order in this Application:
a. All of the personal respondents are removed as parties to the Application and accordingly the style of cause is immediately amended.
4The Tribunal’s file shall be closed.
