1This Application was filed on February 18, 2014. It alleged discrimination in employment on various grounds.

2The Application named the applicant's former employer and three co-workers. The Application was sent to the respondents and a copy of the Registrar’s Notice of Application was sent to the applicant. The personal respondents were not named correctly.

3Subsequently, the Tribunal and the respondent have been unable to communicate with the applicant. Correspondence sent to the address provided with the Application has been returned as not deliverable, with no forwarding address. Emails sent using the address provided by the applicant have bounced back.

4The applicant has not contacted the Tribunal to update his contact information.

5In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application and it is dismissed on that basis.
