1The applicant filed the above-noted Applications which all allege discrimination with respect to employment on the basis of sex.
2On March 18, 2014 the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction (“CAD”) which directed the applicant to file witness statements, documents and written submissions within 21 days.
3Paragraph 6 of the CAD states:
If the applicant does not comply with the directives in this Case Assessment Direction then the Applications may be dismissed as abandoned.
4The applicant has not yet complied with the directions in the CAD.
5The applicant was warned that the Applications could be dismissed as abandoned if he failed to respond. Having considered this matter, I am satisfied that the applicant has abandoned the Applications.
6The Applications are dismissed.
