1The applicant filed this Application under section 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination in employment on the basis of disability. The parties attended mediation on March 4, 2014 but were unable to resolve their dispute. A hearing date has not been set for this case.
2The applicant filed a Request for Order During Proceedings (“Request”) seeking to amend the Application by clarifying and adding to her allegations. She also seeks to amend the remedies she is seeking.
3The respondent does not oppose the amendments sought by the applicant but reserves the right to respond to any new allegations once the applicant has made their documentary disclosure.
4On consent the Request is granted. If the respondent intends to respond to the amended Application they shall do so within 21 days of receipt of the applicant’s disclosure required pursuant to Rule 16.1.
5I am not seized of this case.
