1This Interim Decision addresses a request by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario, as represented by the Attorney General (Court Services Division) ("MAG") that it be removed as a respondent to this Application.
2In her Application, the applicant alleged discrimination by court officers at College Park Courthouse in Toronto. MAG requests that it be removed as a respondent because the court officers whose actions are challenged in the Application are not employees or agents of MAG and the applicant did not communicate with MAG about the events set out in the Application. In a Response filed with the Tribunal, the personal respondents agreed that MAG was not responsible for their conduct.
3In a Response dated February 13, 2014, the applicant consented to the removal of MAG as a respondent.
4On consent of the applicant, MAG is removed as a respondent to the Application and the style of cause shall be amended accordingly.
Order
5The Tribunal orders that MAG be removed as a respondent to this Application and the style of cause shall be amended accordingly.
6I am not seized.
Dated at Toronto, this 13th day of March, 2014.
