2On February 10, 2014, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction. It noted that the Tribunal had not heard from either party for some time and that neither party had filed any documents or witness statements. The Case Assessment Direction said in part:

If the applicant does not wish to file any additional documents or call any witnesses, he must confirm in writing to the Tribunal Registrar and copied to the respondent that he intends to participate in the hearing. If the applicant has not done so by February 14, 2014, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.

3To date the Tribunal has not received any communication from the applicant. It appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application, and it is dismissed on that basis.
