1On December 16, 2013, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction. It directed the applicant to contact the Tribunal to clarify his intentions about the Application. The Case Assessment Direction stated that if the applicant did not communicate with the Tribunal by January 3, 2014, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned. To date the Tribunal has received no communication from the applicant. It therefore appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application.
