1The applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings (Form 10) asking to amend her Application to include the ground of reprisal and the allegation relating to that ground concerning the termination of the doctor/patient relationship by the respondent. The respondent has not filed a Response to this Request and the time for so doing has now passed.

2In light of the timely request to amend, the relatively early stage of the proceedings, the nature of the amendment and the respondent’s apparent lack of objection, the applicant’s request is granted. The respondent shall have until January 16, 2015 to file any amended Response.
