1The purpose of this Interim Decision is to deal with the applicant’s request to amend his Application.
2The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, which alleged that the respondent subjected him to discrimination and reprisal.
3Before the respondent filed a Response to the Application, the applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings to amend his Application to include recent allegations of reprisal, and monetary compensation as a remedy.
4The respondent sent the Tribunal an email, which requested that it be permitted to file its Response to the Application after the Tribunal has dealt with the applicant’s request to amend his Application.
5In the circumstances, the Tribunal grants the applicant’s request to amend his Application, and directs the respondent to file its Response to the Application within 35 days of date of this Interim Decision.
6I am not seized of this matter
