1This Interim Decision is issued to follow up with respect to Case Assessment Directions (“CADs”) dated October 28 and 29, 2014.

2The Tribunal stated that pursuant to Rule A10.7(f), it appeared at this stage as if a litigation guardian was not required. The Tribunal directed that if there was a reason for a litigation guardian, the applicant should file with the Tribunal the information required pursuant to Rule A10.4 by no later than November 10, 2014. The Tribunal stated that if the applicant failed to do so by November 10, 2014, the Tribunal would remove the litigation guardian.

3The applicant did not file any of the information required by Rule A10.4, as directed, by November 10, 2014.
