1In Interim Decision 2013 HRTO 1926, this Application under the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, was deferred by the Tribunal because of a related Employment Standards Act proceeding.

2On September 8, 2014, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant to find out the status of the Employment Standards Act proceeding. The applicant did not respond. On October 20, 2014, the Tribunal contacted the applicant again. She was advised that if she did not respond by October 27, 2014, the Tribunal might conclude that the applicant had decided to abandon the Application and that it might be dismissed on that basis. The applicant has not responded to that communication.

3The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s communications requiring her to provide information relevant to the Application. It appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application and it is dismissed on that basis.
