1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on June 20, 2014.

2On October 17, 2014, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction directing the applicant to file a response to the respondent’s Request dated August 14, 2014. The applicant was advised that if she failed to file a response, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.

3The applicant did not file a response and the time for doing so has now passed.

4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

5The Application is dismissed.
