1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to housing because of race, colour, disability, family status and age contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). It deals with how the applicant feels he and his family were treated by the corporate respondent, which owns a condominium corporation, and the various personal respondents.

2The Application lacks details as to what some of the personal respondents are alleged to have done. For this reason the Tribunal sent a Notice of Intent to Dismiss (“NOID”) to the applicant on July 18, 2014. The NOID directs the applicant to provide details as to the allegations against Stephanie and Michael Bucek, Sandi Hewko, Wayne Mcpherson and George Carlson. It explains that if he does not provide any details setting out what these persons are alleged to have done then the Tribunal may dismiss the Application as against these respondents. The NOID also directs the applicant to provide the address of Mr. Carlson.

3The applicant has responded to the NOID but the response consists simply of a list of the names and contact information for the respondents. The applicant has provided none of the requested details regarding the allegations against the personal respondents.

4As is explained in the NOID, the Tribunal has no authority to deal with allegations against respondents unless those allegations set out how the respondents are claimed to have violated the Code. The applicant was given an opportunity to provide this information but he has not done so.

5As there are no allegations of Code violations committed by Stephanie and Michael Bucek, Sandi Hewko, Wayne Mcpherson and George Carlson, the Application is dismissed as against those respondents.

6The Application is dismissed as against Stephanie and Michael Bucek, Sandi Hewko, Wayne Mcpherson and George Carlson.

7The style of cause is amended accordingly.
