1This Application alleges discrimination with respect to employment; housing; goods, services and facilities; and contracts because of race, place of origin, citizenship, disability, sexual solicitation and gender identity contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2By Case Assessment Direction, dated June 23, 2014, the Tribunal directed that a Summary Hearing teleconference take place on October 14, 2014, at which time the applicant was to provide details of the allegations against the Ontario Disability Support Program (“ODSP”) and other individuals and organizations it appeared she was seeking to pursue this Application against.

3On August 5, 2014 the Tribunal sent the Notice of Summary Hearing to the applicant’s new address (effective April, 2014) that was provided to them by ODSP. The Tribunal waited for half an hour on the telephone after the scheduled start time for the summary hearing but the applicant did not join the call.

4It appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application.

ORDER

5The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
