1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2On December 23, 2013 the applicant filed a Request for Order During Proceeding (“Request”) seeking to amend the remedies sought in this Application. The respondents did not file a Response to the Request but on January 23, 2014 filed a Request seeking to amend the Response in response to the new altered remedies being sought by the applicant. The applicant has consented to the respondents’ Request.
3In the circumstances the Requests of both parties are granted.
