1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.
2In its Response (“Form 2”) the respondent sought the dismissal of the Application pursuant to section 45.1 of the Code because another proceeding had appropriately dealt with the substance of it.
3On December 10, 2013 the Tribunal wrote to the applicant directing her to file submissions in response to the respondent’s submissions before January 10, 2014 failing which the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
4On January 14, 2014 the Tribunal directed by email that the applicant respond to the respondent’s submission before January 20, 2014 failing which the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
5The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s Directions above and the time for doing so has now passed.
6In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
7The Application is dismissed.
