Gagnier v. Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, 2014 HRTO 1360

1In a Case Assessment Direction dated August 12, 2014, the applicant was directed to make submissions on the issue of whether the Tribunal has jurisdiction to deal with the allegations in his Application. The Case Assessment Direction stated that if the applicant had not sent submissions by August 29, 2014, the Application could be dismissed.

2The applicant has not sent any submissions or otherwise communicated with the Tribunal. In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application and it is dismissed on that basis.
