1A hearing in respect of this Application is scheduled for October 28 & 29, 2014 in London.

2An August 11, 2014 Case Assessment Direction alerted the applicant to the fact that he had failed to comply with Rule 16.1 of the HRTO’s Rules of Procedure regarding pre-hearing disclosure of documents and witnesses because he had failed to provide a copy of his arguably relevant documents to the respondent by no later than August 4, 2014.

3The Case Assessment Direction also noted the applicant had not responded to the respondent’s May 28, 2014 Request for an Order During Proceedings in which it seeks to dismiss many of the applicant’s allegations as being either untimely or having no reasonable prospect of success.

4The applicant was directed to deliver to the respondent by no later than August 18, 2014 a copy of his arguably relevant documents and to file with the Tribunal a Statement of Delivery (Form 23), and was advised if he failed to do so, his Application may be dismissed as abandoned.

5The applicant was directed, if he intended to do so, to provide any response to the respondent’s May 28, 2014 Request for an Order During Proceedings by no later than August 25, 2014 to give him more time to do so if he intended to do so, but the Case Assessment Direction also notified the applicant that if he did not communicate with the Tribunal at all by August 18, 2014, his case may be dismissed as abandoned.

6The applicant did not provide to the Tribunal by August 18, 2014 a Statement of Delivery confirming the delivery of his arguably relevant documents to the respondent and did not communicate with the Tribunal in any way by that date.

7In the circumstances, it appears that the applicant has abandoned the Application.

ORDER

8The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
