1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination, which was deferred by the Tribunal on May 15, 2013 in Interim Decision 2013 HRTO 814, pending the conclusion of the applicant’s grievances.
2On July 22, 2014, the Arbitrator rendered her final decision with respect to the grievances. The applicant has filed a timely Request to reactivate the Application and the respondent consents to the request.
3Having reviewed the matter, and in light of the consent of the parties, I find that the grievance proceeding is concluded and that it is appropriate for the Tribunal to reactivate the Application. The Tribunal will continue to process the Application.
