1This Application was deferred on consent by letter dated October 29, 2013. The applicant has filed a Request for Order During Proceeding (“Request”) seeing the reactivation of the Application after the conclusion of the other proceeding. The respondent has not responded to the Request and the time for doing so has passed.

2The Request is granted. The proceeding to which the Application was deferred has apparently concluded and I find in all of the circumstances I find that it is appropriate that this Application proceed to the next stage of the Tribunal’s process.

3The Registrar will deliver the Application under separate cover to the respondent who is required to respond to it within 35 days of receipt.

4I am not seized.
