1The applicant filed this Application under section 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on November 30, 2012.

2On April 12, 2013, the Tribunal issued an Interim Decision, 2013 HRTO 605, in which it ordered that the respondent is deemed (1) to have accepted all the allegations in the Application; and (2) to have waived all rights with respect to further notice or participation in the proceeding.

3In addition to the above, the Tribunal now orders the applicant to submit any additional document she wishes the Tribunal to consider in deciding this Application within three (3) weeks of this Interim Decision.

4The applicant is asked to advise the Registrar by the same date whether she wishes to make oral submissions, and whether she wishes to provide submissions by way of teleconference or in person.
