1This is an Application filed pursuant to section 34 of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). The Application names Algonquin College and Russell Mills as respondents.

2On May 3, 2013, the respondents filed a Request for Order During Proceedings (Form 10) asking the Tribunal to remove Russell Mills, the named personal respondent as a party noting this request was being made with the consent of the applicant. On May 3, 2013, the applicant filed an email confirming his consent.

3The request to remove Russell Mills is granted and the style of cause has been amended accordingly.
