Introduction
1This is a Decision in respect of an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of creed.
2The parties have agreed to resolve this Application and have entered into a written settlement dated January 14, 2013. The applicant has filed a Request to Withdraw an Application in respect of this file, also dated January 14, 2013. The parties have waived the right to make oral submissions to the Tribunal and jointly request the Tribunal to finally dispose of this Application.
ORDER
3The applicant’s Request is granted and the Application is accordingly dismissed.
