APPEARANCES
Mildred Chamberlain, Applicant

Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as Represented by the Minister of Community and Social Services, Income Maintenance Windsor Local Office, Peter Steckenreiter and Gilliam Dunmore, Respondent(s)
Daniel Huffaker, Counsel
1In a previous Interim Decision, 2010 HRTO 2533, the Tribunal deferred this Application pending the conclusion of the completion of an appeal before the Social Benefits Tribunal. That proceeding has now concluded because the applicant withdrew the appeal. The applicant filed a Request to proceed under Rule 14.3. The respondents Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as Represented by the Minister of Community and Social Services, Income Maintenance Windsor Local Office, Peter Steckenreiter and Gilliam Dunmore do not object to the reactivation of the Application. The Corporation of the City of Windsor has not responded to the Request and the time for doing so has expired.
2In the circumstances, the request to proceed is appropriate and is granted. The Application shall be returned to the Registrar for processing.
3I am not seized of this matter.
Dated at Toronto, this 13^th^ day of May, 2013.
