1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"), alleging discrimination with respect to employment.

2On February 11, 2013, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction, directing the parties to file submissions about whether the Application should be dismissed pursuant to section 34(11) of the Code. The Case Assessment Direction stated that the submissions were to be filed by March 22, 2013 and that if submissions were not received by that date, the Tribunal would determine the issue on the basis of the materials that have been filed, or dismiss the Application as abandoned.

3The respondents filed submissions in support of dismissal. The applicant did not file submissions and the time for doing so has now passed.

4In light of the applicant's failure to file submissions as directed in the Case Assessment Direction of February 11, 2013, the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
