1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2On March 25, 2013 the Tribunal issued a Notice of Request to Dismiss (“Notice”) on the basis that another proceeding has appropriately dealt with the substance of this Application. [S.45.1 of the Human Rights Code]. In its Notice the Tribunal advised that if the applicant did not file a Reply (Form 3) in response to the Request to Dismiss on or before April 8, 2013 the Request to Dismiss may be determined on the basis of the material filed or the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
3The applicant has not file a Reply and has not communicated with the Tribunal in any way in response to the Notice.
4The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
