DECISION
Adjudicator: Jo-Anne Pickel
Indexed as: McNall v. CTS Canadian Career College
1The Applicant filed an Application dated December 12, 2012 alleging reprisal in employment contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended.
2On January 31, 2013, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss to the applicant. It directed the applicant to provide submissions responding to issues raised in the Notice. The Notice advised the applicant that if he did not make submissions by March 4, 2013, the Tribunal would make its decision based only on the information in the Application or may consider the failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application.
3The applicant has not provided any submissions and the time for doing so has elapsed.
4In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems the Application abandoned and it is dismissed.
Dated at Toronto, this 15th day of April, 2013.
