1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").
2On October 5, 2010 the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss ("NOID") this Application because it appeared that it may fall outside of the Tribunal's jurisdiction because the allegations and issues raised did not appear to raise any Code grounds. The NOID directed the applicant to provide his submissions within 30 days of the date of the NOID, failing which the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
3The applicant did not respond to the NOID and in the intervening three years the applicant has not communicated with the Tribunal in any way.
4The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
